What happens if there's bad weather on my flight day?
If conditions aren't safe, we reschedule your flight at no cost for the date you choose. Your booking is never lost: safety comes before the calendar.
What time is the flight?
Balloons take off with the first rays of sun, when the wind is most stable. We give you the exact meeting time at the launch site when we confirm your booking.
Can I pay a deposit and settle the rest later?
Yes. You can reserve your spot online with a deposit and pay the remaining balance later. Payment is secure and your confirmation arrives instantly.
Does it include transport from Mexico City?
It depends on the package. "Vive Teotihuacán Completo" and "Flight with Transport" include round-trip transfer from Mexico City. The others depart from our launch site, 2 km from the pyramids.
Is it safe? Who pilots?
All our pilots hold a current commercial license from AFAC (the aviation authority). We fly from our own launch site with 9+ years of experience and thousands of passengers.
